CEO

A humble, hands-on and certified Singaporean farmer with a mechanical engineering background. Thomas has been involved in the bean sprouts and vegetable farming, processing and distribution business successfully in the Singapore market for the last 20 years.

Balathandautham Tam

Chief -Sustainable Farming & Tech

Known as BalaTam, he is a “farm-to-shelf” operation specialist with more than 15 years of experience managing operations in fruits and vegetable farming, processing, packaging and distribution logistics. He is also a specialist in sustainable urban farming, greenhouse farm management and IoT farming solutions.

Mark

Mark has over 12 years experience in the digital industry helming one of Singapore’s most prominent digital agency. He brings on board technology trends and implements them for our farm to turn a traditional industry to the digital future.
